Abandoned Letter

We may be the Ocean Guards, but only in name.

Everyone knows retaking Seaglass Beach is a fool's dream. We're barely holding off the gnolls attacking the farms.

And now, rumors about the Crimson Rift are starting to wear down what little morale's left.

I urge you to review the requests I sent last time. If things don't change, I refuse to stay here any longer. If I don't receive a response by the end of the month, I will leave the base.

Be sure to inform the duke of this as well.
