Today, I believe I became the first to uncover evidence of Kumara. Beneath the Abbey, hidden behind the Goddess statue, I found a sealed passage. If it had not been for my discovery, it might have remained hidden for years to come.
Inside, I found an inscription carved into Black Iron, and took a rubbing.
"Light shall bind the Abyss with the blood of the ancients."
I cannot yet say what it means. Still, I cannot shake the thought that Black Iron is somehow tied to the rifts between worlds.
May the Cult of Eternity never chance upon this knowledge. I fear I already know what they would do if they did...
