A solitary tower stands beyond the Decrepit Ruins, said to have been constructed by an ancient dwarven kingdom, its name lost to time.
Records of the Andelph Council refer to it as the "Starlight Tower." It is said to gather starlight and reveal prophecies, though their meaning and truth remain uncertain.
Over the last centuries, many have repaired and altered the tower, leaving little of its original design intact. Yet, despite these changes, the tower itself has never suffered major damage, nor has it ever shifted from its place.
When Capernaum claimed the region and raised a fortress nearby, the tower was left untouched. That fortress was later destroyed for defying Shatigon in the Age of the Gods, while the tower endured as a watchtower for his army.
Nui's Shield speculates there may be a deeper purpose behind the tower's construction, noting that its extensions all face a single direction. One theory suggests it was built to defend against a great calamity from the oceanside, though such ideas have never gained credence.
