Theory on Starlight Shards and Astral Pillar Energy

The Astral Pillar appears to be powered by a rare mineral known as a "Starlight Shard."

Ancient texts describe it as a stone imbued with the breath of the stars, and it is recorded as the only material capable of resonating with the mechanisms inside the pillar.

However, no traces of the shard are left within the pillar today, and parts of its mechanical components are damaged.

This suggests the shard may have shattered or been lost during the collapse of Old Auroria.
Nearby ruins or burial sites are under ongoing investigation due to a hypothesis that shard fragments may still be found within.
