Torn Diary Page III

Into the jaws of death

At last, I confirmed the final fate of Cassian Valerius. After driving his own daughter to her death, he came to realize that the golden cradle he built had become a living hell. The day Delphinad burned, Cassian, now stripped of his wealth and glory, met his demise, haunted by the echo of his daughter's final laugh.

In madness and regret, he willingly walked into Sherkan's nest, the beast he'd once tamed, seeking atonement. It was a pitiful end for such a noble magnate. His scream, mingled with Sherkan's roar, was a testament to his belated remorse.

Now, Rosie, Barnard, and Cassian all lie buried in the soil of this cliff. I will close the final page he left behind and remain as a witness to this terrible tragedy.
