1. Mederic: You know why the archeologists are digging here? I heard there's a monster underground.
2. Elden: A monster? Here? Yeah, right.
3. Mederic: It's no joke. I heard it at the Stargazer tavern from a Hand of Trust guy.
4. Elden: He said it's a giant snake, big enough to eat a village. Shouldn't wake it, he said.
5. Mederic: But what if...the archeologists accidentally wake it up?
6. Keen-Eyed Leuros: Then I'll wrestle it and hold it down!
7. Mederic: Yeah, right. We'll toss you in as bait. Thanks for your sacrifice.
