Dialogue 7

1. Rowena: So, you're the one who put an end to Malchuk! Truly impressive work.
2. Rowena: We're just a band of explorers, charting the ruins of this wilderness.
   • Do you know anything about the Benedictus Shrine?
3. Rowena: We came to survey the Benedictus Shrine, but we got sloppy.
4. Rowena: Stopped at a way station to catch our breath and ended up pinned down by those brigands.
   • Is there anything special about the Shrine?
5. Rowena: Ah, the shrine... Most folk believe it's just a solemn memorial, where monks gathered to honor those who fell in the Twenty-Five Year War.
6. Rowena: But its history runs far deeper. Originally, it was a temple dedicated to Janudar, the ancient god of curses and vengeance.
7. Rowena: A place with a patron like that... well, it makes you wonder what kind of dark, lingering secrets are still buried beneath, doesn't it?

Barks 3

1. Lilrunn: Do we really have to go now? Let's go to the harbor first.
2. Rowena: Are you forgetting what we came all this way for? We can't afford to waste any more time!
3. Kyle: I'm telling you, there's something unsettling about that shrine. I want no part of this any longer.
