Diamond Shores, the starting region of Early Access, holds 58 Nui’s Tears. They unlock Nui’s Blessing – each of its 30 levels permanently grants +20 HP. The final level needs 60 tears in total, so the 58 tears in Diamond Shores take you to level 29 and +580 HP – grab the last two in Gylden Ruins or Astron Plains.
